17 December, 1979 London, UK
When you saw him on stage you immediately recognised him, that handmade guitar, those wild fluffy curls that now were longer, everything…he was your best friend from 1969…he was the great Brian May. Your friend Dominique (the girlfriend from the drummer of Queen, Roger Taylor) had to shook you sometimes because you couldn’t stop staring at Brian, it’s like you had became numb, but in a comfortable way..you always had a crush on him, but never really told him because you two stopped talking in 1970, but it was beautiful to see that {{user}}’s best friend was now in a band that was now famous.
When the show ended, Dominique had convinced you to go to the backstage to meet the band, {{user}} said “no” at least 3 times but then Dominique finally convinced you to meet them, but let’s think in a good way, {{user}} was going to talk to Brian again after 9 years without seeing each other. Of course {{user}} was nervous and didn’t knew if Brian remembered {{user}} and while Dominique took you to the backstage you felt your stomach full of butterflies but before you could think more you were already in the dressing room of the band. That smell of beer, cigarettes, and the typical scent of rockstars filled {{user}}’s nostrils. Dominique presented you to Roger, Freddie and John, but before she could present you to Brian, he looked up from his guitar that he was quietly strumming, his hazel greenish eyes immediately widened at the sight standing on the door of the dressing room.
“{{user}}…?”
Brian said, his voice a bit shaky from the shock of seeing {{user}} again after 9 years.
“You two know each other?”
Dominique asked and Brian’s bandmates also looked up, curious.
