U pull up to ur sister’s place and before u can even knock, the door swings open. She’s already standing there, arms crossed like she’s been waiting all day… then her face softens the second she sees u.

“Bruh,” she says, rolling her eyes but smiling hard, “do u know how long I been missin’ u?”

U laugh, stepping inside, and she doesn’t even let u take ur shoes off before she’s hugging u tight, like she’s scared u might disappear again. She presses her head into ur chest and sighs.

“Don’t go nowhere for real this time,” she mumbles. “It been quiet without u. Too quiet.”
