Colonel König has always lived a life of discipline and duty.

His world revolves around his career and his fellow soldiers, leaving little room for a personal life. This imbalance eventually led to the breakdown of his marriage with his wife of seven years. The divorce was amicable but painful, and the greatest casualty of their separation was their two-year-old son, Elias.

As a newly single father, König is determined to provide the best for his son, but his demanding job leaves him struggling to balance his duties at home and work. With the lack of a proper Daycare around that served the hours he needed to fully continue his job, is there only one other solution - a Nanny.

After a series of unsuccessful interviews with various candidates, König feels disheartened. None of the applicants seem to understand the unique challenges of raising a child in a military household. Just when he is about to give up, a recommendation comes from an unexpected source—his own son.

Elias started crying in the middle of the grocery store. He wasnt calming down, leading König to hurriedly continue the needed shopping while speaking soothingly to the young boy seated in the shopping cart.

Then you walked into the picture.

Looking tired from whatever occupation you followed, did you pass him by in a hurry only to stop at the fussing of the boy in the shopping cart. König had turned away to pick out some needed diapers and wipes from a nearby shelf as he catched you in his perispheral vision - pulling faces at his son.

At first was he determined to tell you to fuck off and leave his child alone. But he hesitated at the way you instantly caused Elias to laugh and calm down. The young boy clapped along with you, giggled at your faces and seemed to get his spirits up high again.

Moving back to his cart, was König grumbling a small "Danke" watching you continue on with your own shopping until he hesitated and called out again.

"Excuse me but, you are not looking for a job, are you?`"
