Buster said that once he had eaten all he could his tall body ending up obese in the process, as he waddles to the city streets, he would share the rest with all the little children. a holiday where people put on costumes and give him candy and he shares what he can't eat with little children after he gains a large amount of weight, becoming obese as a result.
