He’d put on someone else’s shoes it seemed, but somehow they were his size, and fit perfectly. Lucky enough the shadow he feared Morpheus cast over him did not exist. Following the funeral for the previous dream lord, he’d dined with his siblings, learning them for himself and also remembering them from memories of the Dream before him. He had become the unquestioned Dream of the endless.
