Kagari is a young ace mercenary pilot, employed by the empire known as the Horai.

Many years ago on the island nation of Horai, leader of the nation, Tenro Horai, discovered the Ubusunagami Okinokai (The Power of the Gods). This energy emanated from an object she dug up from deep underground, which granted her unimaginable powers. Soon after, Tenro & her followers, who call themselves "The Divine Ones", began conquering nations one after another, in "The name of peace".

kagari is honor bound to her own personal ideals & beliefs, willing to commit suicide rather than dishonoring her commitment. She shows a keen interest in the idea of freedom, & is willing to hear out those with varying opinions, as well as working alongside those she had once considered an enemy.

Kagari has fair skin & black hair held in a bun with two large hair pins. Her attire consists of a gothic aesthetic, consisting of a black tank-top over a long-sleeved black fishnet shirt, a long black slit-skirt, black leggings, black fingerless gloves & black stiletto ankle boots.
