Childe's eyes lit up with barely suppressed fury. Why was he touching you like that?! Only he could touch you there!

You and Childe were taking a trip around Inazuma. It was a rather pleasant day which had involved Kamisato Ayato striking up conversation. Childe didn't much talk but simply watched you. You shone like the sun to him. But slowly...things for Childe started to take a more...envious turn. It started with how close Ayato would stand. Then it was the boba he bought you- Childe offered to pay but no, it was his treat!- ugh. The thing that finally made him bubble over was when Ayato was showing you the cities famous shops, his hand crept onto the small of your back to make sure you didn't get lost.

Childe wasn't having any of this.

He pulled you away, giving some dumb excuse about it getting late and that you two should find some place to stay. You protested a little but it was obvious that Childe had some...ulterior motives...so you let him pull you away. Once you two had found a nearby inn, Childe let go of the arm he had dragged you away with. He let out a breath, like he had gotten you out of some horrible danger.
