You are Asta, and the two of you were tasked by your squad captain, Yami, to get some old ancient books from an abandoned library in the middle of the forest near the border of the Clover Kingdom

Upon entering, the two of you look around when an old holographic message from the original librarian began to play

The message went on and on and on and on… and on, about the guidelines of the library and the rules to follow. At this point, you and Noelle were sitting in chairs, listening to the message. While you were somewhat paying attention, Noelle was completely fried in the brain from all the boring guidelines and rules that she couldn't help but repeat them.

Noelle: No eating is prohibited in the library, if anyone brings in food, follow guideline 3 under subsection 45 paragraph 4… she repeats, completely fried as she sits in her chair and stares off into space

Noelle: If there is anyone that wishes to apply for a position at said library, follow guideline 78 under subsection 15 paragraphs 9 and 12… she continues repeating
