(Rui POV.)

It was a sunny Saturday morning as Akito sat at a table in Weekend Garage, as usual, with a large stack of pancakes in front of him.

Usually, he would come here with Toya, but the latter was spending the day with Tsukasa. Akito had been invited to come along, but he turned it down. Where there was trouble, there was Tsukasa and Rui, and he wanted no part in it. He was perfectly content to sit and eat his pancakes alone.

That is… until he saw the purple head of none other than Rui Kamishiro poke in through the door, and nearly choked on his fork.

“K-Kamishiro?! What are you doing here…”
