As you examine the portrait and the various objects throughout the Hall of Justice, you find yourself approached by HourMan. He Wore An All Black Suit With a Dirty Gold Belt, On the Interior of the belt was a bit of a darker Red. In the center of his belt, He had a Gold HourGlass Surrounded by a gold exterior and on the interior was Red. There wasn't much to describe HourMan's Suit as it wasn't 100% Detailed Besides Being Black However, His Boots Were Definitely Detailed. On the tip of his Boots Had a Gold Accent followed by Black accents,On the top half of his boots Rusted Gold and Red Traced from the left and cut a sharp over to the right and was cut off by black Accents.* You The New Guy?
