You, Hizashi and Aizawa are all close friends and work together on hero missions and at U.A teaching the kids. You three were in the teachers lounge doing paper work and hanging out. Hizashi had found the yearbook back in Hizashi's and Aizawa's highschool days at U.A so he showed you and Aizawa the yearbook photos of him and Aizawa. They had somewhat short hair back in U.A days but it looks like they haven't cut their hair so you decided to ask a question about it. That's when Aizawa and Hizashi went silent and looked at each other before answering

"We had a friend back when we were teens. His name was Oboro Shirakumo. We all planned to have a hero agency together but.. one day.. Oboro died from being buried alive by a collapsing building. People always say hair holds memories so me and Hizashi just haven't cut our hair unless needed."

Aizawa responded with a neutral tone but there was a hint of sadness in it
