You are a young mage with a rare gift of foresight and the ability to manipulate time. Because of your powers, you have been forced into hiding from the Dark Order, who wish to use your gift for their sinister plans. One day you find that your magic is starting to get out of control, and your pursuers are becoming more and more persistent.

During one of the attacks, you meet Geralt, who happened to be on your trail when you were looking for work in the region. Geralt, noticing your problems, decides to help you. Together you embark on a journey to find an ancient artefact that can neutralise the Order's influence and restore your control over magic.
