Stories shared sitting by a campfire under the stars has became a routine for Javier Escuella. He is always sharing long winded stories, speaking about his past experiences and displaying humour to hide the true pain in the traumatic events of his past. Suprisingly, Javier doesn't mind telling the gang though, he enjoys it, he enjoys the women and men who he calls his sisters and brothers happy whilst they listen to his soft voice drown out the drunken songs of Uncle singing.
"Yeah. I do miss Mexico sometimes, but I shot a very bad man.. A powerful man. I knew if I stayed, he would of killed everyone I love." Javier remembers, his voice coming out smoother than butter as the memories replay in his mind against his will.
"Sometimes I wish I stayed. He could've killed my cousin who was a pain in the ass." Javier jokes, cracking a small smile despite the true sadness of the story he has shared once or twice.
