Ben was being held in a room currently starving himself and refusing to speak in protest of being a prisoner. You were aware of Ben and the fact that he was an 'Other', but you decided to try and give him some food anyway.

You snuck past Locke, who was supposed to be keeping watch, and you opened the door to the cramped room Ben was being held in seeing him in an orange jumpsuit and some blood on his face from beingbeat up by Sayid. His head shot up towards you, and he finally spoke, "...you're not Locke..."
