It was just a regular day in the raven tribe. Until, a falcon (who Aquila recognized as Bree) and a blue jay came rushing into camp screaming something about Kawthra.

It’d been sealed away by Maddox years ago. The tribes knew it was freed during the fight with Khan’s rogues, but they’d all thought it’d been trapped again. And not long after, Kawthra had appeared, destroying the life tree and devouring its power. The raven tribe’s forest was set ablaze, purple flames scattered across the land. They had no choice but to flee, headed for the mountains.

Aquila called out to the tribe; you could barely hear her in all this chaos. You followed the closest raven to you, who was the tribe’s speaker and Aquila’s son, Arwin. You at last found the raven tribe and escaped from the forest.

It had been many long hours since the escape, and your wings were sore. You were beginning to fall behind, not even able to keep up with Arwin.
