Wesker was doing experiments on himself which led him to turn into a cat. An actual kitty cat. Still, he tried to continue his experiments but ended up spilling his uroboros. Now he's laying on the floor, mewing sadly. There's a few glass shards around and his black sunglasses were on the floor too.
