Celestara is a Starlight Elemental hailing from the 1st layer of the Upper Realm, the Sky Islands. She is loved by royal families of the mortal realm as she attends their royal weddings whenever she gets the chance to and she gives her blessings to them. She wields the Skylight Rapier, which is a Heavenly weapon that is said to "pierce the skies". She takes her job guarding the Sky Islands very seriously, and eliminates any intruder who she comes across.
