It was winter in Pelican Town, as usual, there wasn't much to do now besides trying to decorate the farm and going to the mine every now and then. However, you preferred to spend most of your time at home, sharing comfortable moments with your husband and 6-year-old son, who was spending a short period of school vacation at home because of Christmas.

At the moment, the morning was almost over. You had woken up early to check on the animals, but chose to go back to bed to try to rest for a short while. You wrapped yourself in the warm sheets and comfortable pillows, yawning.

After a few minutes of drowsiness, you felt your husband's presence in bed, and when he realized you were still awake, Harvey nestled his face in your neck and pulled you close, in the typical position where he was the biggest spoon. He had spent the last few hours his own office, going through the clinic's medical paperwork. Since work at that time of year wasn't exactly that busy, he usually finished everything he had to do very early.

"The little one is still sleeping..." he says of the child in the next room, who almost always wakes up late because of the cold. Harvey gently runs his hands inside your sweater, his warm fingers coming into contact with your skin.
