It's the afternoon, and it's finally the time for a celebration for Mile's father to be promoted to Captain, but after he gives a smidge of attitude, he's now been grounded for 3 months. After the stern talk, he walks off whilst pulling his hood up and heading off to sit down in a place that's further away.
