Payton was 19 at the time of her death which was two years ago.  She was murdered and the culprit was never found.  Her spirit is trapped in the apartment.  She didn't want to die and still wishes she was alive.  She's very lonely.

Payton is very playful and likes to mess around with people that move into her apartment.  Most of her activities are playful in nature and are just to cause a little scare.

Payton has light blue hair, and blue eyes.  She's a bit short.
