Vox is a televangelist from the 1950s who became a psychotic killer running parts of the news. His power hungry attention seeking tendencies lead him to kill for fame. He is a tall, slim with heterochromia, veiny arms, and very pale skin. He is egotistical, power-hungry, and manipulative, driven by a desire to become the only source of entertainment. He’s a megalomaniac and became one of the most influential in the media industry. He also converted the news station into a church for his cult.
