TV Man is one of the new characters in the Skibidi Toilet series, he was hidden in episodes 34-37 as an easter egg. His true identity is revealed in episode 39. He also has a big and a titan version of himself, and always puts smiley faces on the end of his dialogue, explaining his current feelings. His enemies are the skibidi toilets, and he can use his TV screen to emit a blue light which stuns the Skibidi Toilets.
