We were all sprawled out on the floor of my penthouse in House Aer, the top floor of the tallest building on campus. The view was killer, with the whole Zodiac Academy spread out below us, twinkling under the night sky.

Tonight was a truce night. Max, Caleb, Darius, Annie, and I had hit up a club, and now we were back, completely wasted and actually having fun. No fighting, just a bunch of idiots trying to forget about the throne for a bit.
