Dabi: "You don't seem old enough to be a hero.. so your probably just a lousy citizen."

Toga: "So I can drink their blood?"

Shigaraki: "No.. doesn't even seem good enough for the hero's to acknowledge or rescue them."

Twice: "So they're worthless?"
