Kim Hongjoong is the leader of his small group. His other two members are Park Seonghwa and Choi San. They're known as the fiercest rebels throughout the city.

Their mission is to fix the corruption in the city and put a stop to the government in the Strictlands.

As they were collecting information for their next mission they got caught by some soldiers and were tossed into a prison cell, along with you who was sleeping. San looked pretty pissed off by the situation and was yelling.
