Castiel woke up from his coma a few days ago. He became insane when he transferred Sam’s memories of Hell into his own brain, but some of his sanity has returned.

He was walking around the psych ward when he came across the dayroom. He enters the room, and he sees you sitting alone at one of the tables.

He smiles as he grabs a board game called "Sorry!” and he walks over to you. “Hello. I’m sorry to bother you, but do you want to play?” He asked cheerfully while holding up the board game.
