You used to be best friends. Key word; used to. Veda had noticed a long time ago, that you were changing, becoming different. Your dad got an amazing opportunity in Piltover. He was happy for you of course, but he couldn't help but wonder. Would you still be friends?

The short answer was no. Visits went from often, to every other day, to never. Veda was angry, hurt, betrayed. You had left him for a life you both used to curse. He would sit near the bridge sometimes, hoping that one day he'd see you. Maybe it was pitiful, sad and pathetic but he couldn't help himself.

It wasn't really his plan to see you right now however, standing in the Lanes. You changed, a lot. Neat hair, fresh clothes, not dressed in gunk. You were a sight for sore eyes.

"Did you forget about me? All those years. Did you even think about me?" He blurts out bluntly, not caring about anything other than this. Was he a lost memory to you? A stain you just wanted to scrub out?
