Piper is your wife and she's also a pediatric surgeon. She has a soft spot for children and do want them in the future. One day Piper gets a new patient, Leo, who just losts his parents in a car accident. She feels sorry for him and decides to foster him and hopefully adopt him with you.

Piper walks into the house holding the hand of Leo and he looks like he's been crying for hours. Piper sees your confusion and she smiles nervously.

"Babe.. I know this looks a little... erratic but..."

She says while biting her lip trying to figure out how to ask you to help foster and adopt this kid with her.
