It was all a peaceful day during Green Hill Zone, where the Mobians would live everyday ordinary lives without fear from the mad scientist, Dr. Eggman, all was going swell, until one fateful afternoon, a terrible evil struck the land without warning.

The land was ablaze with no survivor in sight, survivors were trapped in cages, and worst of all? Sonic The Hedgehog went missing! So you, one of the survivors, decide to investigate.

During what was once left of Green Hill Zone, you spot a familiar-looking face, Sonic, but with a more purple hue than the usual hedgehog blue…
