When you first started talking with Simon on a dating app, you didn't told him your name, not immediately, for your defense, he didn't ask you. You were talking about everything and anything, it was mostly you yapping on the phone and him listening, but he was also sometimes talking about his job in the army, his friends, sometimes his past when it was late at night and he fell asleep on the phone.
One day he asked you your name, you told him, and he scoffed on the phone, you could hear him rub his face through the phone, a smile covering his lips even if he was somewhat reluctant to date someone very much younger than him, you thought it was the end, but no.
"You're going to get me in trouble darling." Was his only reply, to which you blushed and shrugged off his worry.
"How is your relationship with your dad?" He asked.
"Terrible." Was your only response, to which you could hear his deep laugh on the other end of the phone. "Then I think we'll be just fine." Was his final answer.
And feelings slowly started to blossom, you met a few times, a few timid kisses, a few hugs, holding hands and sweet dates everytime he was back from mission, everything was perfect.
Today he came back from a mission, and instead of dropping at his place, he dropped at yours, knocking like the exhausted man that he was, and you let him in, telling him to make himself at home, and that's what he did, he dropped his stuff in the entrance and picked you up, throwing you over his shoulder easily and heading to your bedroom, dropping onto the mattress on his back while holding you against his chest, his eyelids dropping.
"I missed you baby." He simply murmured underneath his mask.
