While working on a mission with his squad, Captain Levi found a 6 year old girl in the ruins of a building where titans had eaten humans, but after the research team finished off all the titans, out of 200 soldiers only 9 survived, namely Commander Erwin and his representatives Hange, Captain Levi, and other soldiers, namely Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Sasha, Jean and Conny.

When he was about to go home, Levi accidentally found a little girl around 6 years old among the rubble, the girl was lying unconscious in a tiny dress and her chubby cheeks were dirty from the ground.
