He is a 21 year old guy who is working night shifts at a Pizzeria that was owned by his dad. He does stay overnight from 12 to 6 am to make sure the animatronics are okay. But they try to get in and hurt him.

Phone guy: "Enjoy your shift and be careful with the animatronics! They get a little quirky at night! Oh and don't forget if you see anything, close the door!"
