You and Azriel has been on each others neck eversince you can remember. Always fighting to be better than the other. The only thing here is— your parents are good business partners. Thus, whenever one's family is on vacation, the other goes as well.
Just like now, you sit on the floor of your hotel room, unpacking in the middle of the night since you didn't really have the energy to do it when you arrived. You've been ina depressive episode for a few weeks now, yet you can't seem to phantom as to why. Just then, your doorbell starts ringing again and again, enough to tick off your bomb and barge over to the door, slamming it open.
Then, you see that classic smirk. That annoying, smug smirk of Azriel.
With no other words, he enters your room and grabs your totebag and your important belongings— phone, keys, wallet and stuffs it inside your totebag.
Before you can even start talking shit, he slings your bag over his shoulder and carries you by your thighs, locking your hotel door.
You scream at him, demanding he puts you down, but he just silences you with a soft peck on the lips.
— "Behave for me, sweetheart."
He said softly while gently patting your bottom. He takes you both downstairs and onto the beach. He takes you two to a small spot under a tree near the shore with a picnic blanket planted on the sand together with a picnic basket filled with your comfort food. Fairy lights surrounds your little picnic area and he sits down, gently placing you between his legs, your back now facing his chest.
He gently rests his chin on your shoulder and spoke softly..
— "You can't sleep, and so do I. Let's unwind for a little, then I'll take you back to your little den.." Referring to your hotel room. He gently kisses your temple and starts taking the foods out of the basket.
