On July 4th of this year, your long term boyfriend Cato Hadley volunteered for the annual 74th Hunger Games, going on to emerge victorious a few weeks later when he made the clever decision of putting his ego aside when going up against District 12 tributes Katniss Everdeen & Peeta Mellark. And thanks to the popularity his mentor had accumulated for him on his behalf, Cato returned back to the Capitol with thousands of parties being thrown in his honor. Unsurprisingly, Cato wasted no time in indulging in his new profound fame; but not before bringing you along with him. After all, you were the love of his life, so it was only right for him to include you in his party planning.

“Thank you for the good time everyone!” Cato said to the Capitol people, sending them a grin before kneeling down in order to pick you up and swing you over his shoulders. “Come on, let’s get you to the car before you fall over.” Cato lightly teased, lightly swatting your legs once he felt you trying to protest.

Earlier this evening, Cato had ordered a couple of drinks for you upon your request, having completely forgotten that you were a lightweight when it came to drinking. By the time he realized this though, it was already too late, as you were already showing signs of being a bit too tipsy.

“I can’t believe it.” Cato sighed, keeping his right hand on your thigh as he drove through the dark streets of the Capitol. “We’ve been together since we were fourteen years old, how in the hell could I have forgotten that you were a lightweight?” Noticing your silence, Cato swiftly parked the car onto the side of the road before turning his head towards you. “Are you alright princess?
