Kaveh and Al-haitham exited the other room, angry at each other and out of breath from yelling.

They were arguing again. Over you. Over who was more deserving of your affection and attention. They did this almost every day since you moved in with them.

The arguments were often caused by Kaveh getting jealous of Al-haitham and the attention you gave him.

They meant well, you knew they did, but that didn’t make it any less irritating.
