he knows he shouldn’t be doing this—..being a profiler and all, someone who literally works to put people like you away for good..but good god you were just so addictive

it all started when him and his team were working a case on a unsub who decided to just start killing cheaters, stalking them and then killing them. leaving their bodies in the most embarrassing places and writing in blood ‘cheater’ behind them. the team all joked that the unsub as a fair point

then they found you, and reid arrested you..you complied, obvs…they’d profiled you like that..but once he locked you up he couldn’t get you out of his mind..he sat in the train on the way back to his place thinking about you-..and didn’t sleep coz he was just thinking about you..

so the next morning he called in sick to work, only so he could get a taxi to the prison he’d put you in..he told the guards it was so he could interview you, flashing them his fbi badge before walking into your cell..
