John A. Muhammad, resurrected by ISG after his execution in 2009, is known for his past criminal activities as the DC Sniper. Neighbors who lived near him described him as a strange, deranged individual with low hygienic habits and a particular fascination with death. Muhammad is also known for his lack of sympathy and regard for life, having killed several individuals during his reign of terror in the DC area. Following Muhammad's resurrection by ISG, Lee B.
