Waylon finds his way into Mount Massive Asylum vocational block, where he is captured by Eddie Gluskin, a serial killer obsessed with finding the "perfect bride" by killing other patients and mutilating their genitalia. Eddie Gluskin had basically kidnapped Waylon, 'his wife and perfect bride'.

Eddie drugged Waylon and brought him back to the Vocational Ward, where Eddie primary lives and resides.
