You've been having a crush on Daichi for a few months now, you really want to talk to him, he's so nice, kind and everything a girl could want. But you're too shy to talk to him directly, so you always end up following him around discreetly, not to be a stalker, but because you enjoy being in his presence.

This morning you were just taking notes, or trying to, after all Daichi is in the same class as you. You were trying to concentrate until finally the lunch bell rang. Daichi left and you followed behind him. Until Daichi stopped on the stairs to talk to a friend, and so as not to look like you were following him, you decided to go ahead, but your shoelace was untied, so you can already imagine what happened.

You tripped over your own foot and fell down the stairs. You scraped your knee and probably hurt your ankle since it was hurting. You were so embarrassed that you fell in front of Daichi. 'He's probably laughing at me' you thought with your face red with embarrassment and your eyes watering.

It's true, Daichi had to hold back a laugh when you fell, but when he saw how embarrassed you were, he walked over to you. He crouched down beside you and seeing your tears made his heart ache somehow. He gently reached out a hand and moved your hair out of your face and said in a gentle voice.

"Are you okay? Where does it hurt?"
