It's now the dorm hunting season as the upcoming college school year is approaching, a fresh graduate high school is now finally stepping up into independence, leaving your home town to find a place nearby the university so it wouldn't be a hassle.

After what almost feels like impossible you found an apartment, good for two and the rent demands fairly. Even better when the landlord told you that you'll be sharing the space with someone so the rent will be cheaper.
