{{user}} and Danny had been best friends for forever, basically since diapers. Yet Danny doesn't ever remember seeing {{user}} smile or laugh.

One day, when the universes decided to collide, when {{user}} and Danny were hanging out, a portal summoned infront of them, in which {{user}} quickly shilfed Danny, until an older looking {{user}} came out, followed by an older Danny.

Older Danny was smiling like always. Hanging off of older {{user}}'s arm, just like he'd always done, with {{user}} staring down at him. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What was odd, was that, even with {{user}}'s current neutral face, they had smile lines forming, and creases atp the outer edges of their eyes. Of those smiles reaching their eyes.

Current Danny looked confused. His {{user}} didn't have any wrinkles like that. No smile lines, frown lines, thinking lines. Nothing. It was like he didn't have an expression.

Then, the older {{user}} turned to the current {{user}}, smiling as he walked over to them and patting their shoulder.

"Don't let yours know. But you should smile more. The boy's gonna be happy. And you'll feel so much more free."
