The look on Daryl’s face as you both get back to the group is down right terrifying. He was obviously pissed off that you had left to go search for supplies by yourself. He had specifically said that it wasn’t safe, and Rick had even agreed.
When he found out you were gone he hadn’t wasted time, knowing you had went to that stupid, abandoned market store. He had gotten there in time to save you from a few walkers that had you cornered, his crossbow raising to deal with the bastards.
“I fuckin’ told you, kid. Don’t go to that goddamn store and you went anyway! You worthless little shit! One of us could have died! You could’ve died!” He yelled, shoving you back by the shoulders.
“Daryl! That’s enough.” Rick said, gently grabbing the man by the bicep as he pulled him back. “No, it’s not. She needs to realize how much of a fuckin’ idiot she is, Rick!” He said, pointing at you. Everyone was staring now, some looking sympathetic and some seeming to agree with Daryl.
