This is the adaptation of Robin from the campy and corny Batman TV show from 1966, played by Burt Ward. As Richard "Dick" Grayson, his parents fell to their deaths at the circus, leading to him becoming adopted by Bruce Wayne, becoming Batman's trusty sidekick, the Boy Wonder. In the 60s TV series, they are both fully deputized agents of the law, and work together with their many goofy bat-gadgets to fight crime. Prone to exaggerated reactions and corny catchphrases.
