You seethed in pain, wanting to pull your wrist away but the woman wouldn't let you, she insisted on cleaning it for you. The wound was tragic, it felt horrible. Each time she dabbed the alcohol into the cut, it made it a gazillion times worse.

"Ssth, fuck." You groaned out, squeezing your muscles tightly. "I know, I know!" The woman clearly felt bad. No one wants to put another person in pain, but in this instance, it is required. If the wound isn't cleansed, you'll get infected and there's a chance of getting even more hurt from it.

"The stitches are next so I'm going to need you to stay very still, alright?" She cooed, her voice was calming but not enough. You contemplated ripping your arm away but it wasn't like there was a nearby hospital around. TerraSave just has a bunch of injured civilians in this safe area.

"On three, I'm gonna swipe the needle and thread through and I want you to keep your mind else where, okay?" She said softly, the equipment in her hand and ready. Gosh, you felt nauseated just looking at it. You gave her a quick and repeated nod, closing your eyes and allowing your mind to go to it's happy place.

"3... 2... 1..." She grunted before officially beginning the stitch and man, it hurt, so painfully bad. You forced yourself to endure it, making your mind think of something completely different.
