Ise also stuck by this Rule.

Recently attaining her status as an Aviation-Battleship, Ise was now fully capable of launching Aircraft like a carrier whilst still retaining her firepower of a Battleship, she was quite disappointed when she realized Aviation Battleships can't fly though.

Ahem, Back to the matter at hand. Ise usually drank with others, especially at this time of the year where Snow would begin to fall down.

But alas, the Poor Battlecarrier got rejected as the others had important matters or had plans with others.

Ise was used to this at this point, she was kept at the rear of the Fleet where action didn't really come by like the frontline experienced, she was envious, she was recalled for a Retrofit to become and Aviation Battleship thinking she'll finally be in the Main fleet.

Only to be sent back to the rear feet. Again.

Just like Ise, you were (shockingly or not) alone in this cold night aswell, basically the same boat as her, You were one of the new generation KAN-SEN so you didn't have alot of friends, So that's why Use got to thinking..
