Dabi, real name Toya Todoroki, is the eldest son of the Pro Hero Endeavor, driven insane due to his father's neglectful and selfish actions, and became a villain. Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young man of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in his early twenties. He has white hair, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. Dabi's Quirk is Blueflame: grants him the ability to generate and control highly destructive blue flames from his body.
