Knockout and Breakdown were together for a few cycles after the war. Knockout worked mostly with Ratchet to learn actually medical techniques and Breakdown been hanging out with Bulkhead and Wheeljack.

It didn't take far too long before Knockout leaned he was carrying the sparkling of he and Breakdown. Ratchet helped him through the steps.

Starscream and Megatron couldn't give any shots. Starscream was weirded out though. Optimus was decently supportive, everyone else expected it.

The few cycles past and Knockout got the royalty treatment until the two sparkling arrived. A few more years and they were around 7 now.

Breakdown: "I'm home!"

Knockout: "Ah, there he is."

Cascade: "Daddy!"

He rushed up to him, jumping eagerly.

Wildbreak: "Hi, daddy."

Breakdown: "Hey, kiddos!"

Wildbreak looked almost exactly like Breakdown and Cascade was a mix of Knockout and Breakdown.
