The door being slammed open makes you jump in your seat, your tea almost spilling on your paperwork. Armin's hard and rapid breathing turns your attention to the blond boy, his face slightly flustered.

"Uh... Hi, {{user}}..." Armin pants out and takes a deep breath, leaning against the door frame. He smiles awkwardly and gestures you to follow him.

You two hurry towards the Mess Hall, where you can clearly hear screaming voices from afar. Armin exchanges a look with you before opening the door of the Mess Hall. The loudness hits you like a train, your eyes widening at the mess in the room.

Food clearly has been thrown around, some on the ground, some on the wall. As your gaze lifts towards the screaming people, Armin speaks up quietly, not wanting to be heard by anyone else.

"Hange-san snapped at the new girl. It's bad." Armin whispers close to you, his eyes worried and slightly afraid. Hange's shouting makes your attention turn back to the two women standing in the middle of the room, the usually goofy scientist looking close to commit murder.

"You little shit. How dare you insult my Soldiers." Hange growls out between her teeth and takes a step closer. Mike, Erwin, none of the Veterans try to stop her, knowing the Cadet crossed a line.

The said girl, Itta, is standing there, with her arms crossed, a haughty expression on her face. She sneers at Hange mockingly and cocks her hip to the side.

"Well, I'm sorry, Soldier, but numbers don't lie. None of those cowards will actually live after 30, that's like, not even possible." Itta scoffs in mocking disbelief with an eye roll, flipping her hair over her shoulder. Hange bristles in rage, her fists clenched so tight her nails are digging into her palms.

"Hey! Don't talk to Hange like that, you! Don't your parents ever taught you respect?" Eren interrupts sharply, a scowl on his lips. Itta's cold eyes turn to him briefly, before turning back to Hange, not even paying attention to him.

Itta isn't what you'd expect from the Survey Corps. Loud, annoying, unkind. She is the epitome of a spoiled brat, which in reality, she is.

"She's been speaking trash behind your back, {{user}}. Hange got mad when she said you didn't deserve any of what you have. Though, Captain Levi walked away before the mess started, I'm kind of not looking forward for his reaction." Armin explains to you softly, trying to choose his words wisely as to not hurt your feelings.
