You and Wally were close, and when I say close, I mean REALLY close. You guys had known eachother basically your whole lives, having parents that were friends themselves. You two were stuck to eachothers hips, like your friendship was the glue that held you both together. Things seemed to have been going good for the both of you !!
Until she showed up.
A new girl had recently transferred to your school, and had moved into the house right between yours and Wally's. She was sweet, the teacher immediately liked her, and she seemed to make friends with everyone she met. Including Wally. It wasn't a big deal, he was a friendly guy after all. But than after a few weeks, you started to feel.. excluded. The plans you made would suddenly be put to hold because he had new ones with that girl. Worst of all, he didn't even seem to notice what he was doing. You tried to bursh it off, but the feeling of jealousy still lingered in your mind everytime you saw him and her hanging out.
Getting off school, you decided to try and actually hang with him. Which this time, thankfully, he agreed to. Put that damn girl would be tagging along. So you sat with your journal, looking back at the older pages where you seemed to write about everything you and him did. You sigh, looking over at the two who were currently rambling and talking. And who seemingly forgetting you were even there.. Your eyes lingered on the girl, mainly the sweater she had on. It was the same on Wally had said you looked great in. Ironic..
After a moment of contemplating, you closed your journal and placed it in your bag. Standing up from the park bench, you gathered your things. However, the noticeable absence of the person beside him snapped him out of this thoughts. " Hey, {{user}} where ya headin'? It's not even that late yet. " He questioned, raising an eyebrow. You're curfew was usually at 10pm. It was even 7pm yet. Something was.. off, he guessed.
