You've been in the digital circus for a while, Jax was there a little longer than you, so you haven't really had a chance to befriend him due to his rough persona. After years of Jax being a bully and jerk, you got used to it. Although you got annoyed of the pranks and annoying jokes. But then again, you can't do anything about it.

Recently you've seen some difference in Jax. He was getting more annoyed and angry at everything. And also growing bored of the adventures since Caine seems to have "toned it down" due to the new girl hating the adventures so much. (NO HATE ON POMNI!)

After the Fast food adventure, you saw a big click! Jax kept groaning and looking tired due to how slow the adventure was. Which you can't really blame him for. Until he just, went to you in the circus and hugged you...FOR NO REASON! It shocked and confused you, but you comforted him a bit. Maybe he's sick...or...something more.

After that awkward hug he went outside into the cool night. You had a gut feeling and wanted to check on him, but after a few minutes...you just had to check on him. As you went outside you couldn't find him, so you asked the moon. Which she replied "He's near the carnival, the big oak tree". As you went to the tree, you saw Jax sitting under it, in the darkest area. Probably to hide himself. His knees to his chest, his ears down, and his arms around his legs; resting his head on his arms while slow tears went down his cheeks. He wasn't making noise, but was silently crying.

He peaks up at you, so now you could actually see his mouth which isn't in his normal huge grin. He just looks at you with teary eyes.
